Pros

I have never worked for such an amazing company and team like Invitation Homes. The culture, drive and teamwork that has been developed by our Upper Management is unshakable and truly the most genuine I have ever seen. I am so thankful and grateful to be a part of Invitation Homes and look forward to many more years to come. Keep up the great work and again I applaud Upper Managements drive, leadership, mentoring and continued support each day. Thank you for developing such an amazing and diverse team and culture.

Cons

At this time, I feel that we are such an amazing team and are willing to go above and beyond that I do not see a con. I see ways that we will have continued improvement and success together.

Pros

Benefits are good, insurance is good

Cons

Employees need to follow the direction of upper management, even it they are WRONG. They don't care about their employees and you will not get anywhere unless you know someone. Consider yourself lucky if you find another job.
