Pros

Good Work Life Balance Remote friendly Sales works well with and respects the Ops team Good training resources when starting out

Cons

This company was great when I was first hired, and then management change put a damper on things. Middle management created a culture of blame and micromanagement that negatively impacted my overall mental health. This company will do anything to save a buck and the salaries reflect that. Investment in internal talent is minimal. Also, the offshoring this company is undergoing is very shortsighted and was not handled with a sense of honesty. Outside of my specific role, I used to be able to recommend this place. That’s no longer the case sadly and I would advise anyone looking to grow their career look elsewhere.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. While we’re glad to hear you valued work-life balance, remote flexibility, and the training resources we provide, we regret that other aspects of your time at InvoiceCloud did not meet your expectations. As with any growing organization, change can bring challenges, but we remain committed to supporting our people through clear communication, leadership development, and investment in employee growth. We also take pride in the expansion of our global footprint, which allows us to bring diverse perspectives and skill sets into the organization to better serve our growing customer base. With that growth, we are committed to being as transparent as possible about the changes it brings, and to ensuring our culture remains rooted in fairness, collaboration, and respect. As you know, we offer opportunities for performance bonuses and annual promotions, and we’re proud that nearly 50 employees earned promotions last year, with 30 more already promoted since January 1st. Career development is another area we continue to invest in, providing tuition reimbursement and specialized training designed to support professional growth. We’re proud of the progress we’ve made in building a collaborative, people-first environment—one that values innovation, respect, and integrity. While every perspective is unique, we believe the culture we’re shaping today reflects those priorities and creates an environment where employees can do rewarding, meaningful work. Thank you again for your contributions, and we wish you continued success in your career journey.

We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear you feel this way. There have certainly been changes in our business over the last 12 months, including moving from a public company to a private company. Throughout this process, we’ve been committed to transparency—sharing our vision, goals, and the strong performance we achieved in 2024, as well as our continued global growth plans for 2025. We value open dialogue and encourage current and former employees to share feedback. If you have particular concerns we always welcome feedback to our leadership team, our HR Business Partner team or with your manager.
