Pros

Pros: Good exposure to PT environment & friendly patients

Cons

Cons: Little pay for a very fast-paced and ridiculously busy environment. It's common to feel burnt out when trying to make ends meet. Ivy is also a big corporate company that is trying to monopolize it's chain, so try not to feed the corporate greed. PTs at Ivy see 3-5 patients per half hour... Making patients frustrated and aides work extra hard to keep everything fluid.
