I loved working at J. Crew as a seasonal employee. My managers increasingly gave me more autonomy and responsibility as the years progressed, and my hard work was rewarded with a raise and consistent schedule (even during times when store hours were low). Because of J. Crew, I learned how to provide excellent customer service and maneuver tough situations with difficult customers.

Great employee discounts were definitely the best thing about the job. 30% off of everything and 60% off on select items. Also all sale items are 50% off of sale price for employees.
