      Great part time during the semester

      Pros

      - Hours did not interfere with my school and studies. - Employee discount is amazing - A free outfit for work on the first day - Great coworkers when permitted to speak with each other

      Cons

      - Holiday is fun because it is busy but after that it's slow and time moves very slowly. - Some managers can be mean and rude to part time employees. - The stylist can be jerks since they make the most money often they steal sales

      Pros

      Great discount and decent product. Loyal fan base who is genuinely excited and knowledgeable about the company. The men's suiting is the best of the rack suiting available.

      Cons

      Low pay. Company is unable to compete with fast fashion. Customers have been trained to expect everything to be on discount or sale all the time. Jenna and Mickey were really out of touch with the market. Impossible to make a living or even pay bills at a company that is going under and doesn't take action to fix.

      Pros

      -great discount -flexible schedule -lots of contests to win free items -benefits are reasonable -company is invested in its employees and want them to grow -very high pay -great work/life balance

      Cons

      -work nights and weekends -turnover for management is low, so there doesn't seem to be a lot of room for growth -hourly management cannot go into overtime at all meaning busy weeks can get very stressful trying to get everything done
