Pros

Not super fast paced but really really hard if you’re not into a one on one every second of the day with managers under your nose watching you

Cons

No growth here. Managers take PTO all the time and part time workers just come in and pick up the slacks for $17 an hour. Not worth it. Sometimes you’re in the store and all you do is work while some managers, not all, just sits around and hogwarts.

Pros

Lots of room to grow and take ownership, everyone is very nice. There is a good PTO set up.

Cons

There are many changes in leadership and direction which make work difficult. A lot of turn around forcing everyone to take on work from multiple people without a title change or raise
