      Pros

      I worked for JCS since 2016. Company was very family oriented. Allowed you to make decisions for the better of the contract I worked with. One of their objectives was to be Customer Service friendly. Under the contracts I worked with allowed me to meet and interact with so many people. My background is in Customer Service. It allowed me to share my skillset with other co-workers. There were a few bumps in the road when this contract was started. We worked closer with Management of the contract to get a better understanding of their needs.

      Cons

      Newer Management be a little more transparent in decision making.

      1. You are not just treated as an employee, but team member/family 2. Motivation for innovation using new tech and software 3. Encourages further education and training as an individual not only as a company 4. Wide range of knowledge from DoD, VA, and other aspects of government contracting

      Cons

      Only thing I can think of is not having more company swag to wear.

      You get out what you put into this company - Those who work hard are given many opportunities to grow and establish themselves in whatever field they pursue. Management is understanding of everyone's situation and treats you as an individual as opposed to just another employee.

      Cons

      It is an extremely fast-paced environment and you will be brought up to speed very quickly. It can be easy to fall behind your work if you do not stay organized and on top of all of your tasks.
