Thank you for sharing this feedback. We’re glad to hear that you like the people you work with, and you find the subject matter you work on extremely interesting. As we’ve brought together seven companies over the last two years, we have had to make some changes to bonus eligibility; however, we’ve kept employee premiums, copays and deductibles generally flat despite the rising cost of health care throughout the U.S. At the start of the pandemic, the company implemented a 10% pay cut, and, we were able to return the pay cut by year end which is something most companies were unable to do. With regard to mass lay-offs, we’ve brought seven companies together over the past 2 years, and we’ve committed to retaining as many employees as possible - we have not had mass lay-offs. In 2021, we grew our headcount. We want our employees to develop and grow at the company, and we have recently tightened up our programs to encourage our employees to seek internal opportunities.
