Pros

People there work hard and want to succeed

Cons

Poor 401k match and PTO program, swearing takes place from leadership to team members, bully environment, losing new people because they won't put up with culture, lack of diversity at management level up to executives, good old boys club, no work/life balance

Pros

The team in Minneapolis has built a culture of people who genuinely care for each other. Strong brand equity and pipeline of innovation. Real American success story.

Cons

Ask how many times the senior sales and marketing leadership has changed in past 10 years. Your role is new? Ask what structure existed before. And before that. Ask what average length of employment has been for past leaders ... and why. Ask about benefits ... especially 401K details (when company kicks in contribution and at what level) and if there is a long-term incentive plan that you are eligible for. What are the LTI eligibility requirements? Ask what bonus payout has been over past 5 years... and what growth was delivered each of those years. Ask how performance goals are set, and when the targets are finalized.

Pros

Downtown, cool office, Wolves play upstairs

Cons

Everything. No leadership, every department for them-self mentality. "Management" or "Leadership"is just who has not quit yet, which is truly 3 month average employee turnover. If your are not in sales, you don't matter. Believe they are too big to fail which equals treating employees like garbage. Some Senior Employees that survived since the beginning think they are the cool kids in H.S. and treat new employees poorly because they know they will quit soon.
