There's a lot of change right now, that's no secret. But as someone who came in mid-change, it's been both challenging and exciting. Coming from a startup, it feels more like that than I expected for a more established company, but management is trying to steer this company back to being a market leader, and that is no easy task. I have less PTO than I had at my previous company (for new hires, it's still 26 days, including Holidays, Vacation, and Sick Days), so that may be a perk depending on where you are coming from. In this time of change, I am sometimes working a little more than a standard 40-hour work week, but that is not consistent.
