Since the new COO came on board, the culture has taken a sharp turn for the worse. In the name of “restructuring,” they cleaned house and let go of many of the people who built this company from the ground up. The ones who carried the institutional knowledge, passion, and heart that made Jackrabbit special. What’s left now feels corporate, cold, and disconnected from the values we once stood for.
Morale is at an all-time low, and the new leadership team seems more focused on control and optics than on the employees or the customers. It’s been painful to watch the company’s identity and community disappear almost overnight.
There are no designers left, everyone’s role has shifted and what you grew up studying/learning in school doesn’t matter anymore as you will probably have multiple titles (with salesman being one).
