Java R&D reviews about "management"

no management ,poor HR policies, Poor work environment, cheap people

As of now no cons i found, every thing is as per my expectations.

1) Worst timing. 2) Micro Management. 3) No actual projects, you have to work on someone else's identity. 4) Worst training. No real trainer, Self-study. 5) No stress-busting activity. 6) No tea-coffee vending machine. 7) CEO does not have an insight for the company, no future goals, the only goal is how to make money. He does not even know how to talk to people. 8) Higher people act like a dictator.

First and Worst, they work on a illegal business model, they make you work on someone other person's identity. Very cheap management, they cut your salary for silly reasons like coming office late for 1-2 mins, taking lunch break for 1-2 min longer than they allot. They have micro monitoring of things, a person is kept only for looking into camera screen and they point you for each time you are not available at desk. Never ever join this firm, believe in your self you can get better option than this !

Bad management. They never care about their employee and their hard work.

Worst company ever. They waste your time by switching technologies , no management. No proper place for employees , no ventilation, no hygiene maintained there. They even don't know how to manage internet connections. everything is fake there.Even they don't have any work . Don't even receive calls from here. They play with the career. They treat you like slave.you can't talk to other colleagues. Don't know why they hire people if they are not having work They say they will provide training ,but there is no such thing called "training".it's not a development company like they say you only have to talk and chat with the freelancers. They don't know anything like professionalism. Unnecessary they waste time of hired people and then put them on bench and give this as a name of training. It's not even deserved to call as an it company.
