I don't see any downside at the moment. Working for the organisation has been a boost to my career. It was tough to maintain work life balance in my initial days, but that was my personal dedication towards the work and I need to improve upon that.

some people are not like because of many reason like if they are not performing and HR/reporting manager give feedback then company become biased for them. Some people resigned and want sudden relieve but policy cant allow them then company become very career ruining. But these kind of people are very less, maximum employees are working and happy with the company.

I was being tricked into this company as I didn't give preference to the reviews here. All the negetive reviews posted on this website about this company are genuine. The company is a fraud. Please trust these reviews and think atleast 10 times before you join here and don't fill the bond. 1) No job security. I repeat NO JOB SECURITY. Beware of this company they'll promise you a lot of money and a lot of facilities but there is nothing. They cheat you with money 2) You are always at a risk to be caught by some governing body for fraud 3) Company uses fake identity to lure the clients and you need to lip-sync or read the script during client interview where there is a risk that client catches you. 4) For any failure in the interview the company blames you for their frauds. Whatever happens don't sign a bond. 5) The infrastructure is very poor. The bhopal office looks like a wreak house where there is no sanitization, very poor lightening and rats roaming all over the place. They recently opened an office in Indore and that looks like a call centre. 6) The HR and other management is very rude, they will not listen to your problems. No one in the office holds responsibility for their actions. 7) Vacation is a myth at Java R&D. During the interviews and HR rounds they promise you around 20 vacations but to use those vacation you will have to approve it to a series of people. You won't be able to approv it either on time or will be rejected by one or the other. 8) Company cheats you with the money as well. During your interviews the company offers you a series of project bonuses, but while working the policies are such thay you can never earn them. They will promise you a lower CTC and high bonus but you will never get those project bonuses. 9) The management at the company is keen to cut your salary. They are always after your salary. They cut you salary on vacations, sick leaves or unapproved leaves. 10) NO PRIVACY IN THE COMPANY. There are a bunch of CCTV cameras which always have a focus on people during the training period. You can't take breaks, you can't take any urgent calls. The admin check on what you are doing by secretly looking at your screen.

Competitive team, so lot of efforts and patience is required before you get a promotion. Employee engagement activities, although are there but still I feel it should happen more often.

Work load, difficult to manage work with personal life. but if you want earn more then you should compromise somehow.
