      Pros

      I loved my coworkers and enjoyed my daily interactions with them.

      Cons

      After being reassured over and over that the company would not be laying off any employees and promised that they were about to ramp up hiring, they turned around and laid off a number of people. The CEO never even addressed it, just some random HR rep no-one ever met.

      Great Coworkers within teams, Remote/WFH, Flex Time and Decent PTO

      Cons

      -Bite off more than they can chew, -Completely disregard issues to prioritize other aspects of the app/company but don't have the proper testing/follow through. Trial and Error on the fly is not the way to go. -Supposedly accepting of feedback and interest in employee wellbeing but fall short -Boast about being a customer focused service but continue to add services that overwhelm staff which causes delay in providing proper and timely assistance. -There is no proper training procedure in place. Like at all. Burnout is not an if, but when.

      I poured my heart into this company and all they did was treat me like trash. Please don't work here.
