Cons

Micromanaging, no clear direction, management that has very little experience, tech company that overspent, underperformed and is now cutting jobs

Pros

Jerry is a flexible company with an awesome culture. Not your normal 9-5 job. I currently lead a customer service team in our Insurance Operations. We help our customers via call and texts and are no different from your standard insurance agency in this sense. However, joining this team you know you are more than an employee number. Working for Jerry you know you are a valued member of the team!

Cons

We need more people! Working for a startup we are always in need of new people. People like you, who are looking for a place they enjoy going to each day. Not having enough staff is are largest con at the moment, but a problem with an easy solution!

Pros

I can't think of any.

Cons

This company uses illegal hiring process such as having 1 role but posting it in all states as opposed to leaving it remote. To make it look appealing and having people apply then taking the data contact information. They don't even look at those that applied. They don't post salaries which is required by federal laws. Their CEO admited this.

Thank you for sharing this feedback. We’re sorry our hiring experience felt discouraging—your perspective helps us improve. Why some openings list multiple states: We hire remotely across the U.S. When labor laws or payroll rules differ by location, we list the role in every state where we can legally employ someone. That way applicants know up-front whether we can put them on payroll. About salary information: Federal law doesn’t yet require pay ranges nationwide, though several states and cities do. We do share the range with any candidate who asks. If there's a role you want to learn more about, please reach out to the Recruiting team or the People team for more information. We know we’re not perfect yet—but we’re moving in the right direction. How applications are reviewed: Every résumé is evaluated against clear role criteria by our Recruiting team. We never collect candidate information for marketing or for other business purposes. We’d like to learn more: If you’re willing, email peopleteam@jerry.ai. Your note goes straight to our People team and will be treated confidentially. Thank you again for holding us accountable. Your insights help us build a fair, transparent hiring experience.
