This company is like no other that I have ever worked for. The employees are the most important thing to the management and they go above and beyond to take great care of everyone of them. It is clear to me that the believe if employees are truly satisfied that will transcend directly to satisfied customers. Lots of room for upward mobility and career advancement, great earning potential and benefits, and a beer fridge that is always stocked by the company! Innovation is key to the business and doing things just to do things because that is the way it has always been done is not acceptable.

I use to work in a very different, lets call it, uptight environment. To put it as simply as I can, I use to work in an enviroment where culture was just a buzz word. In jobadder the culture is for real and its important. This goes far beyond the empoyees. The sales styles and eventually the end result of how customers are treated and thought of is all part of this fun loving culture. At jobadder we work hard, party hard and laugh a hell of a lot.

Cons

There is a bias towards drinking beers in celebration events, I dont drink beer! :)
