The product is beautiful, the people are down to Earth, plus the culture is relaxed and supportive. JobAdder isn't just a workplace, we're a family. With family dinners and all!

Cons

I do travel a fair distance to work every day - but that's not JobAdder's fault is it?

Pros

Working for a privately owned company is great, it's a very flat structure and we all have access to management, are encouraged to provide feedback and share ideas. Everyone knows what they need to do and the work ethic of all the staff is amazing. We celebrate our wins, play loud music, catch up on the weekends and at times engage in child like behavior. Good family fun.

Cons

Celebrating the wins can sometimes result in a sore head.
