JobAdder offers leading recruitment software to the world. The best thing I love about working at JobAdder is the relaxed and flexible working culture. There is always laughter and music around in the office. Everyone is equipped with knowledge and always willing to help. Each of us have a clear division of duties and the engaging working environment enables us to work efficiently and effectively. Upper management cares about their employees. They are highly encouraging, innovative and forward thinking. They believe treating employees well is a factor in positive productivity.

The title of my review makes me sound like I do not have a life. Rest assured, I do. I was just trying to get my point across at how much I love working at JobAdder. I'm still a freshie at JA, but I know that I have never been happier to roll out of bed to go to work before. We work hard and play hard at JA. Ain't no other way around it. Blend together hardworking, fun and spontaneous - that's what you get when you walk into our 'hoffice' (Yes, I just created that word = home + office). Although I've only been with JA for a few months, I have been given the opportunity to work on different projects which has kick started my early career. These projects differ, are exciting and I am always guided closely by my superiors whenever I need a hand. Although we are expected to work autonomously and perform our best at JA, we can always count on each other whenever we encounter a glitch. There is no "I" in teamwork. And there is certainly no "I" in JobAdder either!
