Pros

Voice is heard, ideas are implemented, change and improvement is constant and part of the culture, all straight shooters, opportunity is there if you want it, genuinely wanting to change the way things are done for the better for the customers

Cons

I don't find anything about JobAdder a downside

Pros

JobAdder cares deeply about providing exceptional service to its clients and empowering its people. It has the best Recruitment Management Software which clients love. Working at JobAdder is challenging, empowering and supportive. Plenty of 'play time' together and encouragement to 'awsomeness' by achieving personal development goals including those outside business.

Cons

None really. Everyone has to take responsibility for their own actions, which is a good thing. This means you have to be able to get things done without much hand-holding if you expect that.

Pros

Macromanagement, yay! - have intiative and you will thrive! There's no nit-picky protocols here. We have all been hired because we are capable and are left to excell at our jobs, and action whatever needs to be done. I walk into work and am astounded at the brilliant minds around me. The company and product is always moving forward, changing and bettering itself. This innovative attitude of 'everything's usually possible, so let's see how it can be done' is refreshing.

Cons

There is a work hard, play hard culture at JobAdder. We all work together to achieve above and beyond what we probably should do, but then the team is cohesive enough to enjoy a solid 'relax' together at the end to recharge enough to slog it out again. This can be a pro and a con depending on your energy for the day. Don't work here if you want an unchanging, stagnant, predictable position.
