      Pros

      Overly cushy, poor lighting inappropriate for CAD work. Work out privilege over rated.

      Cons

      I made the mistake of calling the company Chinese and they fired me. They are Taiwanese based and I would say that makes them racist toward Chinese. I guess I should have been more careful. I guess they were hyper sensitive. The US based group has very bad technical communications with Taiwan and Shanghai.

      Pros

      Challenging work environment, no two days were the same and each day offered a new way to push and grow myself. My boss was amazing and great to work with and would always take the time to help with any project.

      Cons

      Company culture focused mostly on sales and let quality slide which could be frustrating if you worked with the customers.

      The people are great especially upper management Fast-paced, innovative company Workout in the company showroom for free and get financial incentive to do so Opportunity to move up within organization

      Cons

      Entry level work can tend to get a bit repetitive. Also, people sometimes get upset when they get overpassed for a promotion.
