Pros

The only pro of working here is a nice gym to workout in whenever you want. Nobody is usually there and the products are decent.

Cons

No room to grow and the environment and people there are toxic. They do NOT want you to grow within the company and will keep you stagnate. The supervisor and directer of customer support are rotten. I worked here for 5 years thinking they cared about me wanting to advance in my accounting career or just advance at anything at all and I was held back multiple times. I busted my butt for a company that wasn't worth it. You either have to kiss a** or be friends with someone higher up. HR also doesn't give a crap about your complaints either. They will ALWAYS side with the supervisor or the person in the higher position even when they're in the wrong.

Management out of tune with what's happening around them, talk about work life balance but force mandatory overtime

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We have a great team of call center agents that enjoy helping and supporting each other. We've had rapid growth in the business in a tight labor market that sure makes it a challenge for our ongoing hiring in the call center. We continue to hire as fast as we can in order to reduce overtime occasions. Our leadership takes every precaution to prevent burnout by providing PTO and flextime. When OT has been required, it's been limited hours with the complete flexibility give to the Agent on when they'd prefer to complete the OT. We wish you the best in your future career endeavors!
