Pros

NONE horrible pay, horrible treatment of employees

Cons

EVERYTHING. No regard for employees whatsoever, impossible to make comission, over hiring of people only to fire them after two days of work. Having to strike up conversation with people wanting to shop in peace.

Pros

Awesome discount, and wonderful customers.

Cons

Would work 12 hour days and could not leave the store to get food because I was the only key holder. Would get shamed for not reaching my goals. Would work 60+ hours a week and only one day off per week. Ignored OSHA and safety laws. Insulting base pay and commission which would only be $6.00/ hour. No praise or reassurance from anyone in upper management. Expectations set way too high. Store manager would take advantage of co-manager. Part-time employees were treated as if they were disposable. Situations would get handled immaturely leaving employees feeling useless. Completely under staffed.
