It was fun! We sit around talk and have fun made our day and had fun doing it!

Cons

Unfortunately the manager at the time was alittle on the dictator side but he was still a pleasant person to be around!

Pros

Cool coworkers, laid back environment, if you have no bills to pay, it's the job for you. My co-manager is the only person that could be counted on.

Cons

-SOP's are complete nonsense -You have to suck up to management -NO ONE WANTS TO BUY SOCKS -You are aware at all times you are expendable -Never any sales or promotions on certain products -Management is immature, upper and lower. They have no kids so they act like them.

comissions deffinatly a plus and start you off at a semi decent base pay very friendly people and good company if you like to be in peoples faces

Cons

very pushy with customers and even when the customers say no to two additional pairs of shoes they still want you to push two more pairs and accessories on top of that and as soon at the customers enter the store you have to hawk them. i will never go there after seeing the way they interact with customers
