Pros

If in the right volume store commission can benefit you. 40% discount on shoes. No dress code. You can move up fairly easily but it's not without its problems

Cons

Managers work a minimum of 45 hours a week which usually is more like 55-65. Corporate does not care about their employees unless in a high volume store. Managers can not go to school and pretty much can't have a life unless you are totally devoted to the journeys life.
