-Disrespectful & unorganized management

-VERY LOW PAY FOR ALL THE HARD WORK THAT'S DONE
-Little to no hours
-Being taken off the floor to do drags & then not meeting your sales goal for the day
-A very high & unrealistic sales goal
-Managers always said "You guys get paid hourly, we don't." BUT they got $1,000 paychecks for little that they do & us part-timers that bust their butt get no more than $100 (more if you're lucky)
-The managers think you have no life; don't schedule you for weekdays, but schedule you on weekends
-If it's slow, they will send you home WHICH MEANS LESS HOURS, LESS MONEY
