Pros

There really isn't anythjng positive I can say about this job. The only pro is that you have a job at this point.

Cons

The pay is egregious. It's a sales based salary and you're required to work 6 days a week, and if you're in a store with just one other manager you're required to work one open to close a week. The DM micro-manages everything. If you're out sick, consider that your only day off, as you are to relinquish your only other day off regardless of what you have planned. The way the pay is set up is ridiculous, and if you're working during the slow season, be prepared to do all the work, but only get paid maybe $4.00/hr for it
