Not Enough Pay and Horrible Work/Life Balance

You can meet some of your best friends at this job. Flexible with school. Discount.

Cons

No time for yourself. Horrible pay for everything that needs to be done in these stores. Systems are run down and slow. Higher ups do not care about you; you are just a dollar sign to them. Constantly bugged about taking on your own store. Even though you know you’re not ready to take on that responsibility yet. Turnover rate is insane because of the fact that this “Billion” dollar company cannot afford enough hours to give their stores. This results in unhappy part timers that want to work yet, they can’t because we are not allowed to schedule anything over our allotted amount of time.

Having really high expectation for sales goals makes it hard to make any money due to only making commission.
