      The sky is the limit for personal growth and company growth and it is your choice to achieve what you desire. You will have the support of KAIP leadership through your personal journey to grow while providing input to the growth and development of the company. A win-win!

      Cons

      There are opportunities for improvement and efficiencies to be gained internally within, but isn't that true with most companies? Information and resources are there but not intuitive or easily found.
