      It is all about the culture and leadership!

      Pros

      So many. Great culture, great executive team, great pay and benefits, great team collaboration, and great company values. The CEO walks the talk, and truly cares about the people that work at KAI. I have been in the business for a quarter of a century and love this firm. Individual creativity and contributions are cheered and individual development is encouraged both in time and financial support.

      Cons

      Leadership is kind to employees to a fault and the trust sometimes backfires when immature and unprofessional employees begin to show their true colors. But this is a con that I am willing to embrace in a company. The alternative is unappealing.

      Great place to work

      Pros

      Management has a strong open-door policy and is always willing to listen to concerns and suggestions. The culture is very positive without excessive competition or backstabbing. It's also a small company which means every employee gets to contribute to the direction and growth. Employees quickly find that you get back what you put into the company's development and those that engage tend to be much more satisfied than those who don't.

      Cons

      It's a small company so some of the perks and benefits aren't on par with larger firms. However, they do pay well by comparison. As a growing firm, there is also room for improvement in some of the internal processes (HR, business development, etc...) which need to be refined and formalized.

      Pros

      -Leadership is right there with you delivering everyday. The founders work so hard alongside their team and it is humbling to see. -Green pastures for those willing to embrace it and do the work. -Super-smart and willing colleagues to learn and grow with.

      Cons

      -If you aren't used to a start-up mentality, you could struggle. -Each contributors attitude, contributions, and professionalism are all highlighted in a small firm.
