Pros
Flexible remote environment. Immediate supervisor was great the past few years, prior to that it was hit or miss.
Cons
Money trumps all. You could be the best employee but make more than a newbie and they will pick the newbie over you-every. single. time. They change TOO much-they never settle in to see if a strategy will actually work. They manipulate employee engagement surveys to make it look like people are happy/engaged. Overall, just a very fake caring attitude towards anyone that isn't at headquarters or the call center. You definitely will not be promoted or acknowledged if you do not work at either of those locations.
