Pros

There were no pros for working here

Cons

Systems are outdated, they don't care about employee input, management puts you down all the time and barely speaks or acknowledges your presence.

Scandals At Every Turn

Pros

Kestra has a nice building.

Cons

-INAPPROPRIATE mixing and improper intertwining between management and staff/contractors/employees. -Secretive actions and carrying on unprofessionally behind the scenes (copy rooms, bathrooms and parking garages) and sometimes NOT behind the scenes; right in the open, causing perplexing and troublesome rumors to arise. -Tasteless 'covering up' of inappropriate behavior and upper management having each others "back" when their feet are held to the fire. -Forbidden fraternization allowed for some and not for others. All in all, it is a distasteful, painful, obnoxious and unpalatable place to work.
