      Pros

      Class A Building; that is literally the only "pro".

      Cons

      Clique-like atmosphere, low company morale, unfriendly workplace, micromanagement to the hilt.

      Pros

      There is obviously a concerted effort to make sure females are afforded ample opportunities to develop and advance. There also has been an increased focus on work/life balance and appreciating the employees.

      Cons

      The same level playing field does not appear to be available to minorities, specifically African Americans. There have been instances where there seem to be different measurements for success and advancement opportunities applied to minorities when compared to their respective counterparts.

      Pros

      Many employees work long hours, care about doing a good job, and are looking for a career path with the company.

      Cons

      Turnover is high, training is poor, and departments are understaffed. Managers are quick to throw others "under the bus" and senior management is quick to give lip service to issues identified in employee surveys and employee concerns, but things do not change.
