Wonderful staff, the best people to work with Lots of training opportunities Opportunities to move into different departments

Cons

- You will be asked to complete incredible amounts of work that will eventually cause major burnout - Training opportunities are hard to access as workload doesn't allow for professional development time - Overtime is pretty much expected - No extra supports in place if team members are out sick or on annual leave - Pay is no where near industry standard, management are not open to pay discussions and ask employees to keep their pay 'discrete' - You will be asked to to complete tasks outside of your role description and be expected to still complete the regular workload of the role - Management seems open to discussions about how employees are struggling but nothing ever comes from it as they are not supported by upper management - Upper management are completely out of touch regarding working conditions

There are some passionate team leaders and lower level managers they hire well into this.

Cons

Not a transparent company - a tendency to cover up or infer blame onto the employees for bigger level issues. unfair and confused work expectations. really defeated me.

Pros

Friendly and supportive colleagues. Sense of doing something great when students graduate. Simple job. Good location.

Cons

Can get very boring doing the same thing every study period. Lots of student woes and complaints to fix. Poor salary for what you do. Appalling training. No career progression. Unqualified managers.
