Pros

Great compensation package and benefits with a great work environment. Very friendly management and relaxed atmosphere. The opportunities for advancement are plentiful and the compensation, to a larger extent than other places, is merit based. Your goals and assignments are very clearly delineated and management expectations are usually very clear and achievable with hard work.

Cons

A lot of relocation if you want to move up in the company. some of the mill locations are in the middle of nowhere and are not very desirable. The company doesn't bring in a lot of outsiders so there is not as much innovation as there could be and new ideas are hard to get out there.

Pros

Great place to work for young employees hoping to create a future career for themselves. They have a great program for Co-ops and interns if you like to stay involved with your co-workers and community. Also, there is a great health facility, and there are always sports competitions to compete in each season.

Cons

Large company, very spread out in the United States and globally.

Pros

great people, very stable, very ethical management team. if you find yourself in the right area, you can have incredible career growth and development because some areas are devoid of leadership talent. But if you find yourself in other areas, you'll could be hitting dead-ends because the company doesn't understand how to aggressively develop talent as a formal process. If in the right area, the kind of impact an individual can have is awesome! Exposure to senior leadership is great, and they're very down to earth, beginning with Tom (CEO). All seem to be genuine individuals who are 'real', and they're ethical behavior shows through daily.

Cons

slow moving, too methodical, not creative enough. Afraid to take risks.
