      Pros

      Remote work. Flexible hours. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Senior leadership doesn’t trust staff and are too involved. They say doers decide but then constantly override decisions. Priorities change often. Culture has gone down the drain. There are zero DE&I efforts. Almost entirely male senior leadership in tech. High turnover.

      Lack of connection to Job due to WFH and no real interaction with management, Lack of Diversity in managment

      Below market pay, rampant sexism, micromanaging

      Pros

      -Seems to be still committed to remote first (especially as so many companies are returning to the office) -Chicago office in a central location - Individual team members are super talented and knowledgable

      Cons

      -I was told by HR they don't do cost-of-living increases -Pay is rather low for the market, and the benefits package doesn't compare well to other companies (no WFH office stipend, etc) -Typical tech "boys club" -Department management (at least in mine) was rather sexist, and even after an internal investigation, HR refused to acknowledge the issue -Upper management can be micromanaging and unwilling to listen to alternative solutions -Constant changing goals my EGC make it hard to meet KPI's -The way we treated customers was really not right and a bit exploitive -No room for growth -Poor cross-functional team relationships (mostly due to leadership siloing people)
