COLA plus step pay increases, 10 holidays plus sick leave

Cons

Hard to find similar motivated employees, management seems a bit to "old school" in it's slow thinking/reaction processes.

Cons

Management has often been awful and incompetent. Union seems to back everyone equally, even the dead weight that should go for the greater good. Not sure what it takes to actually get fired.
