Pros

There are no upsides to working for this company.

Cons

The company should be ashamed of its activity here on Glassdoor. This is the third time I've had to write this review. In a nutshell: -Problematic employees are moved to other departments and protected if they have a relationship with leadership, for example, if their wife went to college with an executive leader. -The company offers "Unlimited Vacation", but I was laid off the week before a my first planned 2-week vacation in three years. Read that again. -The company offers a $1,000 stipend if you take a 5-day vacation, but adds strange loopholes that make it impossible to claim this benefit -When I approached management regarding the mental health of my team and my concerns, I was told my attitude was toxic.

The kind of company that does layoffs during the holidays 🎅

Pros

Up until a certain level of management or leadership, you'll most likely be working with an awesome team.

Cons

Look, you've probably seen everything here about the fake reviews, micromanaging leaders, people being overextended and worked to death, layoffs, lack of transparency about RTO goalposts shifting. All of those are true. But a true test of their integrity? They are the kind of company that sprung their latest round of layoffs two days before the holiday break - on top of that, asking some of the people laid off to stick around to finish things up (in other words asking them to work *through the holiday season*). Yes, layoffs happen, nobody is immune to it. But, good grief, what a way to punctuate all of the plummeting company culture and belief in healthy values that have occurred in recent months.

Pros

Look at how embarrassingly fake the 5 star reviews are and that should be enough to tell you how the ethics are at this company. Lol

Cons

Hire and fire type place. Will overstaff in preparation of client work but will grossly misjudge projections and end up laying off new hires 6-12 months down the line. Right in time for you not to take your paid vacation that they advertised in the offer letter.
