There's not much of a talent retention strategy - they view, pay and treat most employees as fungible with any potential new hire out there. They've been hemorrhaging long-term employees and clients in close succession in recent years, so they were clearly wrong in that assumption. Leadership over-invests in cost centers like HR and underpays its revenue generators as a result. The fake 5-star reviews are a good example of how they weaponize HR - they'd rather flood the zone with BS than make actual change. This is a leadership that will promise you light at the end of the tunnel, but when you finally get there, it's just more tunnel. Many employees struggled with this never-ending cycle of 'fool me once, shame on me, fool me twice...thrice' etc etc before eventually leaving in frustrated exasperation. This is the type of company that only gives you the raise you've been asking for right after you put in your resignation.

Just so you know, one of the reviews is correct, after a months of hard work, they’ll HAVE YOU LOWER YOUR RATE! They will try their best to get away with paying you less and if you don’t comply they’ll fire you. As another reviewer stated, don’t trust the 5-star reviews they are completely fake and outright lies, manufactured to buffer the honest, truthful review about how miserable this place is. They can’t retain creative talent i.e. designers, art directors, strategists, writers or any good talent, because they are ALL DISPOSABLE, misused and abused and at the whim of any and all irrational random decisions by the multiple, unnecessary and redundant layers of leadership and executives that are all at each-others throats. They will traumatize you, grind you down, not care about health obligations, you are at their beck and call and they will belittle you and micromanage you. There are those that might look like they care, smile, say pleasant things but don’t be fooled, it’s all fake. I have over a 20 year career with some really large awards and companies under my belt and this place did not care one iota about my talent or what I brought, my hard work, late nights, or even positivity I brought to try and uplift the demoralized talent. They still got rid of me for the most ridiculous reason and on top of that it’s not surprising I didn’t fit their boys club of CIS males of non-color. DO NO WORK HERE, stay away!
