Pros
-Certain teams produce great work -Salary is 20%+ industry average for current role -Flexible working conditions (no forced RTO) -Great office & Office patio -Opportunity to learn if you can talk to the correct people -Unlimited PTO -If you're an expert in your field you will excel quickly
Cons
-Reaching for big name clients that we cannot support with current staffing/enterprise tools -Decision makers bend over backwards to retain large spend clients -“Afraid” to stand out ground on strategic topics with clients -Staff is largely overwhelmed with nonsense tasks that do not build a better product -Doesn’t do well at basic reporting tasks, but promotes advanced analytics -Too much upper management with little upward mobility potential -No junior staffing to build a culture and pass down expertise -Forecasting from leadership is WAY off, and hard to trust any estimates -High stress, low morale -Will work more than a 40hr work week -If you are not confident in your abilities, you will struggle
