- Nice office - Coffee bar at office - SOME nice people - most people are smart

Cons

- Lay offs every 2 months that come out of the blue/nowhere - Empty promises - Bonuses always got canceled because the firm couldn’t pay employees - Financial projections are a mess … hence why they are laying off people and not following through with the bonuses promised to you when starting at the company - Didn’t learn or gain experience. With so many lay offs the teams are short staffed and they DO NOT prioritize growth or leadership (with having higher level employees prioritize the growth and knowledge of lower level employees being non-existent)

- Worked with some really great and smart people - Free coffee bar and free lunch was a big plus - Nice office

Cons

- Lack of leadership - Was laid off after being at the company for less than a year. No heads up on layoffs, was just let go within 10 minutes of a company wide meeting - No opportunities for growth, promotions or raises - This company unfortunately has been struggling within the past year hence why they have had multiple rounds of layoffs within the past couple of months - Does not have a big client portfolio

It’s amazing to me that this company is still hiring. They post jobs on linkedin and I almost want to reply “careful you might get laid off!” Please if you are considering this company make sure you read these reviews. I was a worker here from April to August. Yes you read that right. 4 months before they laid me off because they think they’re a twitter conglomerate. there is zero to no training. you are thrusted into a team and expected to know everything about the client right away. if you don’t you might get emailed back saying that they give you the same feedback. Just an absolute brutal company that I would caution anyone to consider this review before saying yes to the offer. it upset me so much that I am writing this review with a new company. Do not work here
