Pros

Leadership genuinely cares about culture and community. They made three types of smoothies and brewed coffee for everyone at a recent event. CEO is transparent even when delivering tough news about dealing with Coronavirus and this crazy economy. Trustworthy and data-driven people that are super smart. A lot of people say this is the best place they ever worked.

Cons

West Creek is not a relaxing job. Expect to be “always on” and challenged outside your comfort zone. For the right person, it is a great opportunity to learn and grow.
