      There is an excellent culture inside West Creek and growth opportunity is available. Its great to work inside an organization that takes your suggestions and concerns to heart. If you are looking for a career change Consider West Creek.

      Going through some growth challenges due to the rapid growth but continue to make the proper adjustments.

      Pros

      Leadership on down. I cannot say enough great things about my experience thus far at West Creek. Coming from a world of banking/lending, West Creek stands tall above the rest! From the culture to the structure of the company.... it’s fantastic. I look forward to a long rewarding career here. Also love their transparency in regards to their product and because of that they are becoming a leader in the industry.

      Cons

      If I had to pick anything, it would be that due to the company being young, things are alway being tweaked for improvement. But that’s not necessarily a con in my opinion.

      Great Place To Work

      Pros

      Hugely successful company, very generous with frequent office events. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow. Lots of transparency, which starts at the top. I have a meaningful job and I know I make a difference every day. We're always trying to improve how we work. Excellent culture, which is definitely a challenge when you have so many new faces starting every week.

      Cons

      At one point I felt like we were experiencing some growing pains when it came to communication, but we've worked hard to improve in that area. It's still not perfect, but it's a good example of the company identifying a weakness and addressing it aggressively, which is definitely another pro.
