West Creek is a great place to work. In the past month, we have had a company party where all of our associates gathered to celebrate our victories of 2019 and discuss goals for 2020, had 20 minute complimentary massages offered, had the best wood fire pizza catered for a company lunch, had an engaging book club, and had several desserts brought into the office (some being made by the CEO). While all of these things are fun and make an enjoyable workday, I appreciate these events so much more because I learn something new every day in my role. I am constantly challenged and work with smart and inspiring individuals. I appreciate working somewhere with high standards and knowing my team delivers quality work that makes a difference to West Creek’s growth. My manager is a great leader and provides me with valuable, real-time feedback that I understand and can actually apply. I’m really proud of the professional growth I have experienced since joining West Creek.

I was very hesitant to leave my career in healthcare to work for West Creek but there has not been a day that I’ve regretted my decision! I won’t say that it’s an easy job, but the challenges make it interesting! Every person that I have met has been so friendly. There is a strong teamwork mentality here. This is the first place that I’ve worked where I feel more appreciated than I could ask for and supported each day by outstanding supervisors and coworkers!
