      Great Vision but Little Support

      Pros

      - Company card that covers free meals - Gas re-imbursement by the mile - Ability to make very good money - Top tier of management are very inspiring and very smart

      Cons

      - Regional managers are very hands off and not helpful in development new reps - Team meetings and feedback provided are pointless euphemisms, concrete statements and answers are few and far between - Days are spent going into dirty tire shops and speaking with poorly educated people - Glen Allen office does not provide adequate training for inside reps (they do not have a script) - Company culture is quite poor. They want to have the fun, tech culture but hire less than savory people (quite a few with violent criminal backgrounds) to be on the sales team and their customer service agents allegedly are available 24/7 but just sit at home for hours and often times miss calls

      Doesn't be decieved by friendly faces

      Pros

      -AI lovers will feel at home cause they're putting it everywhere. -Embrace new technologies. -They love working out.

      Cons

      -Management pretends to be friendly, but as soon as something goes wrong, they'll quickly pass down the punishment to employees. They don't care about employees. They only care for themselves. -Management secretly runs things like a dictatorship. They'll cut the fat out to keep it that way. -AI loving board members. Which means they're pushing AI hard. -Move fast and never stop to think about doing things right.

      Pros

      It was great with having the opportunity working from home, especially during Covid/Pandemic and provided the work-life for those associates who had families at home especially school age children. Most associates had to make immediate adjustments, and the managers that were employed with the company during the Covid/Pandemic provided empathy.

      Cons

      Need more diversity. Some leadership required associates in salary based departments to work outside the normal business hours, ignoring the fact most associates have children and other personal obligations.
