I could write a book on how bad the management is at this location. Big egos everywhere, Management doesn't listen to input from lower levels, Almost non-existent formal training - you rely on computer-based training modules, which are often not relevant to your job. Blame culture. No one takes responsibility for their mistakes. Management will lie to your face, tell you one thing, then act on something else. Management plays favorites for unknown reasons. I watched a woman throw a temper tantrum through the office, slamming doors, yelling and screaming. (this wasn't the first time) The next month, she was employee of the month. She's been promoted at least twice since then even though she is notorious for passing work off on others, being rude to customers, working at home from her LazBoy.) I don't think every Kuehne+Nagel location is like this, as I've heard good things from coworkers around the globe who are very happy.

Extremely toxic work environment. Low pay, high stress. Its a sink or swim environment. Kinda concerning that people who've been there 10-15 years are leaving the company now. Sales is out of touch with operations. On top of that, out of reach performance metrics that are bias towards certain employees. Bureaucracy in the office decreases productivity because everyone is worried about losing their jobs constantly. On top of that, the pay is joke considering the work load and the stress, get ready to be gaslit into thinking that you're not sending email fast enough, when they can't even figure out a better way to organize emails or bring on more people. Here's my final verdict, if a company keeps emphasizing that "this is a great place to work", its usually not a great place to work. If you're reading this, allocate your time towards another company, there's better people out there for you. Trust me.
