Pros

L&R Distributors has recently launched The L&R University which provides training for the employees to enhance/expand their skills in order to complete their jobs more efficiently and effectively. L&R Distributors allows each employee the opportunity to Challenge the Status Quo with their ideas/concepts to try to improve daily processes of the way things are done. L&R Distributors also has an Employee Purchase Program which allows each employee to purchase items at a lower cost. I know we don't come to work each day for the items in the vending machines but the prices have been lowered & the company pays a portion of the cost. Thank you!

Cons

There are days when I send e-mails or make phone calls that are not responded to in the timeframe that I would like but L&R Distributors allows me the opportunity to make decisions without waiting for the directive of others.

We are moving! Our corporate offices will be moving to Industry City in the Sunset Park neighborhood of Brooklyn. We are very excited about this update, unfortunately, parking will still be limited, but, it's much more accessible via public transportation!

Pros

THERE ARE NO PROS TO THIS COMPANY. UNLESS YOU'RE WHITE... soo RUNNNNNNN

Cons

This company is very racists calls colored people slaves.CFO is very racist all colored people are slaves to him. higher management doesn't care about anyone unless your in their circle of protected employees.Once the CFO doesn't like beware because he will do everything in his power to get rid of you. doesn't care about laws or lawsuits. He speaks to anyone like you're an animal. There is no growth opportunity there unless you're white or sleeping with the owner or managers. They do not care if you are sick / single mothers. you cannot work overtime unless you're in the protected circle.
