Some of the staff are excellent.

Cons

So many. My experience was that this was not a person-centered environment for participants. I found it not to be in concert with my ethics. Unprofessional management that doesn't listen to front-line staff. Leadership has been with the organization for years and there is little in the way of humility and the willingness to learn from others.

I believe in their mission. I loved doing something meaningful. The people I worked with were amazing. My supervisor was wonderful to work for.

Cons

It was difficult at times seeing so much human suffering.
