they all about the money and not the people. An employee sexually assulted one of the female coworkers and our manager did nothing about it. The sales agents would constantly complain everytime a customer walked in the door, then complain about not making any money. I wear glasses and i was called blind, stupid and dumb when i first started. at least in my store, you were expected to take on more work and not get compensated for it. at the end of my time here, i was doing enough work for someone with a $24/hr salary but still stuck at $17/hr. management all around is not open to new ideas to make life a little easier on the stockroom staff. our assistant manager called out with covid and then never came back. if you had to work here try to get a position at chandler or Peoria. Lamps Plus has a no-discrimination policy, but our it is rumored that our manager wouldn't hire certain people because of their hairstyle or tattoos, even though we desperately needed more hands. people only had a work/life balance because it became a thing to call in sick if one of us didn't want to deal with customers or our manager. Technology and practices are so outdated, it's a disgrace
