Coworkers were nice when they actually stayed.

Cons

I had 6 different store managers over the span of 6 years. Was stretched to do three people position for one position pay. Needed train every person that was hired which also took up my commission sales time. Management has you do thing they aren’t willing to do themseleves. ie take down a 100+ pound chandelier off the ceiling on a 8 foot ladder.

lack of ability to execute, lack of understanding of the company by the C-suite, Great new product but not available in stores (of course, customers don't want to see newness in person), lots of great people laid off.. those are the individuals who could have executed your pie in the sky dreams..
