Supplied all equipment to work from home, including separate internet connection. Very supportive management. Ample resources, references, and documentation of processes, product knowledge, and policies. Paid training. Customer Service Dept, Chat entire department and is a great resource.

Cons

8-hr/day virtual training is hard to get through. Remote employees are expected to say they work in the office in Redlands, if asked. Outgoing calls must be approved, which often lengthens call times and delays updates.

The store management and coworkers are friendly. Good training and a pleasant work environment.

Cons

Everything changes with a new CEO, and several stores close. Rather than increasing wages, they decrease them. Employees are not important to them. They don't have any appreciation to maintain their business. Considering the weak market!
