Don’t care about their employees regardless how loyal and if you’ve always produced or met their goals. They treat employees like disposable garbage. They give the most stupidest excuses when employees bring concerns to management and NOTHING ever gets done! As I read the majority of poor reviews left here, I see the running theme: THEY RUINED A CLINIC THAT HAD AMAZING STAFF AND DOCTORS THAT GOT IT TO WHERE IT WAS BEFORE THEY CAME IN THE PICTURE! This is so true!! The Chief medical officer is a joke, HR is and everyone below is just a toxic toxic work environment. Don’t get fooled with their “family values” it’s all BS. I had never seen such a revolving door with staff turnover until they came in. If the clinic is owned by them RUN!!!

Very long hours, moderate to high stress environment. Practice managers given too much power and act like tyrants at times. Saw them bully many people and got to experience it personally. Was unable to provide feedback going to management where I could safely express concerns. Expect to work weekends often with weekdays being off days.
